• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Ability to lead and mentor educators to achieve excellence
• Demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills or willing to learn
• Demonstrate practical knowledge in delivering a high-quality planning cycle, curriculum and linking to the National Quality Framework
• Ability to create and maintain a friendly, secure and stimulation learning environment while fostering strong positive work relationship with your team, families and children
• Holds a valid
• First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Working With Children Check
