, part of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies (Kenvue), is currently looking for a Senior Customer Service & D&T Specialist. The specific position will report directly to the Customer Service & D&T Lead and will be based in the company’s premises in Bucharest, Romania.

What will you do

The Senior Customer Service & D&T Specialist targets on ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction along with optimizing Customer Service, Distribution and Transportation Services. Being responsible for maximizing service to customers, handles a wide range of Customer Service, Distribution & Transportation processes, while liaising with key internal stakeholders (Commercials, Supply Chain PLAN, Quality).

Key Responsibilities

  • Executes daily Order to Cash processes (Invoicing).
  • Drives investigation and resolution of customer inquiries/complaints regarding service/operations issues (e.g. billing, orders, products, returns etc).
  • Drives 3PL supervision on daily management and leads performance review monitoring and improvement plans, along with preventive and corrective actions.
  • Ensures optimum collaboration with key stakeholders (Commercials, SC Planning) for maximizing customer satisfaction while securing network efficiencies.
  • Drives customer satisfaction surveys (internal/external), evaluates and acts on customer survey results to determine process improvement opportunities.
  • Deploys customer connectivity and collaboration initiatives.
  • Collects data and shares reports to Management on Service/Sales/Costs indices.
  • Implements Operational efficiencies in collaboration with the 3PL to ensure optimization of both Service level and costs for local organization.
  • Prepares budget recommendations and implements cost controls to ensure budget parameters are constantly met.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferable in Business Administration, Economics or Logistics
  • Master’s degree will be considered as an asset.
  • 4+ years of experience in similar roles or in the field of Customer Service and Order Management.
  • Proficient skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Digital literacy, including knowledge of relevant software packages and/or ERP systems.
  • Ability to establish and maintain open relationships within and outside the organization.
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly share and relay information.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks within strict timeframes by organizing and prioritizing requests.
